  • Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
  • Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
  • For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

I am really concerned about the sanitary conditions of this location and will not be coming back. I usually stop by every Sunday to get pizza for my kids school. I have noticed it going downhill but yesterday was awful. I saw the guy making the pizza dough come check out a customer, handle cash, then touch his hair and put on his cap and go straight back to flipping the dough. There were two ladies putting the cheese on and they too were messing with their hair, touching all kinds of things and then putting the toppings on. The personnel were also very dirty/filthy with their clothes appearance and personal hygiene. I will no longer be coming back. I think it’s imperative for the health department to pay a visit.

As someone who also works late hours, I can understand the issue of motivating yourself to do tasks when you just want to go home. Regardless, you still took this job and can atleast offer decent service like actually making my food. I was also working late night and ordered a small pizza for pick up. It never even processed. I could've gone to any of the places with people that actually understand what they signed up for during the time I waited for a small pizza. Don't order from here, especially for those with a late shift.

As a UVA student who orders from here as a convenient way to use up Flex Dollars (dining dollars) that come with a meal plan and don't carry over to future semesters, this should in theory be a great option. Over the last few years I have had 4 or 5 really bad experiences that prove this is just not the case. Sometimes, the food comes in a very timely manner, but more often than not I find my order taking at least an hour to arrive. On several occasions this year my order has taken 4+ hours to arrive. On top of this, the management at the store is incredibly unhelpful and rude. Aside from one manager, who I unfortunately didn't get the name of that was very apologetic and reasonable after I had an order not delivered for 4 hours, the managers consistently ignore recurring issues and are quick-tempered. Today, I had a manager tell me "I don't have to be spoken to like that" in response to me asking if my phone number was appearing right on the order and if I could change it to the correct one. This was because for the second time in a few weeks, they claimed the driver called me and delivered my order when my number was never called. I was then berated for five minutes about how t

What I ordered and the second pic is what I got . Does not look the same ! Taste like some nasty yum yum wing sauce on my bread sticks . Called manager and they didn’t even offer to refund me. β€œ it’s the same way we been making it for years, I can’t do anything if there is nothing wrong with the product β€œ

Typically order from here no issues ever until today. Pre-order for a 700 delivery. Pizza arrives 15 minutes after requested delivery. No big deal food was fresh but I ordered a cheese pizza with their cheese bread and bread sticks. The pizza had no sauce on it at all. Called the store told them the issue was told that they would bring a new one just had to switch the pizzas. Again no big deal until its been almost an hr and still no pizza. And I cant stay up all night just waiting for my dinner I work early mornings.
